The Trump administration anti-diversity policies have reached a library in Barcelona that hosts cultural exchanges with the US.
The mayor, Jaume Collboni, says the city won't end the American Space program: ‘We will not take a single step back in promoting equal opportunities. This order has no legal standing or democratic legitimacy’.
