Paris, which has positioned itself at the forefront of efforts to support Ukraine, has, for the first time, attributed a 2015 cyberattack on the TV channel TV5 Monde, a 2017 hacking of Emmanuel Macron's supporters' emails, and intrusion attempts against sporting bodies organising the 2024 Paris Olympics, to Russian military intelligence.
