Aleksandar Vučić was visiting the state of Florida when he was forced to return home after suffering chest pain.

He had been hoping to meet with his US counterpart Donald Trump.

It is unclear whether the Serbian leader will be able to travel to Russia to attend a Victory Day parade in Moscow on 9 May.
