Viginum, the French cyber security agency responsible for monitoring foreign digital interference, published a detailed report uncovering a large-scale Russian influence operation that used TikTok to sway Romania’s presidential race last year.

It has warned the same tactics could be used again, as the country prepares for a second round of elections.
