European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on Sunday that the European Union’s 19th package of sanctions against Russia is set to be unveiled in early September.

“As long as the bloodshed in Ukraine continues, Europe will maintain diplomatic and, in particular, economic pressure on Russia”.
