Ukrainian officials have arrested a suspect in the shooting of former parliamentary speaker and prominent Maidan protest leader Andriy Parubiy, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced early Monday.

While details of the suspect's identity were not revealed, the head of the Ukrainian police said Kyiv suspects Russian involvement.
