The EU signed a historic trade deal with India on Tuesday.
Why? Because with Trump in the White House and the European relations with Beijing being complicated, Brussels needs new friends. And it needs them fast.
Right now, the EU is India's biggest trading partner if you count it as a bloc, trading about €120 billion a year. The goal is to double that by 2032.
