Hungary’s government moves to seize cash and gold taken from a Ukrainian bank convoy.

Hungary’s government on Monday evening adopted a decree authorising the seizure of cash and gold taken from armoured vehicles belonging to Ukraine’s state-owned Oschadbank, according to a copy of the decision obtained by European Pravda.

Hungarian authorities seized €35 million and $40 million in cash, and nine gold bars weighing one kg each.
