Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is seeking to rally European allies at a Brussels summit on Friday.

Zelenskyy said Ukraine was no longer pausing strikes on Russian refineries as Moscow was not abiding by a ceasefire on hitting energy infrastructure that had been announced by the US president.
